It’s time to cosplay, compete and….win some money!

Important: even if you are not competing, you are more than welcome to cosplay any character you want!.

This year we challenge you to take this chance and make that dream cosplay you have been thinking about. If not now, when?

At this year’s Movie Jabber Expo, there will be THREE cosplay competition categories, read on for more on the categories.

1). General Category

This is the less intense, and more open cosplay competition category. This category is for you, if you like the sound of the following:

• First time competing as a cosplayer, and want to ease yourself into it.
• Have been away from cosplay-competing for a while, and want to take it easy.
• You just want to have as much freedom as possible with your character!

2). Runway Category

This is the more advanced cosplay competition category, with greater prize money attached to it, and yes, a greater level of restriction. This category is for you, if any of the below describe you:

• You want a challenge!
• You want bigger winnings!
• You want to be the main event!

3). Team Category aka Fan Choice

This is really just a fun category for anyone who wants to take part…as a team! You are welcome to cosplay as team members from the world of movies, comics, tv shows, anime, manga and more!

You will be given time on stage to strut your stuff, with the fans voting for the best team-cosplay of the day. There will be no prizes for this category.

Even if you have registered for the other two categories, you will be allowed to take part in this one.
